Houston, Texas - In response to an e-mail that was sent out by Planned Parenthood of Houston and Southeast Texas calling for a "Rally" to be held at the Target Galleria at 4323 San Felipe St., Houston, on Saturday December 17th, the Houston Coalition for Life has called for support of the Target policy allowing a Pharmacist to refuse to fill prescriptions for Emergency Contraception (also known as the Morning After Pill) based on the Pharmacists moral views.
