"Saying 'Yes' with Our Lady of Fatima"
Thank you to those who came out to pray today and will come out tomorrow to pray a rosary in honor of the 100 year anniversary of Our Lady of Fatima's appearance and the sign that she gave the world.
God creates each person with a special purpose. As we follow in the footsteps of so many holy people of the Bible who lead us to God, we also turn to the Virgin that God choose to be mother of Jesus, the Christ, the Second person of the Blessed Trinity, the Savior of the World!
We hear from her own words in Scripture, "Do whatever he tells you." (John 2:5) She directs us to Christ.
St. Luke tells of Mary's song of joy when she is carrying Christ to others, "from now on will all ages call me blessed. The mighty One has done great things for me and holy is his name." (Luke 1:46)
And even in accepting the great responsibility of being the mother of the Son of God, she humbly answers in love and obedience, "May it be done to me according to your word."(Luke 1:38)
Today, we recall her appearances to the three children, and the "miracle of the sun on Oct 13, 1917.
The message of Fatima was unmistakable. There is a need for a spread of the devotion to the Immaculate Heart. Through imitating her pure heart we are able to love, to worship, to serve our Lord in the beautiful way!
As we look at Our Lady - the Virgin, whose perfect obedience, allowed God to work through her to bring forth the Son of God and our Salvation. She is the absolute opposite of EVERYTHING that Planned Parenthood and the culture of death stand for.
May many more women accept an open understanding and responsibility of their actions, the gift of a child that has already been given to them, the realization that they are a treasure from God and that they will also help lead others to Christ!

NEWS FROM THE BIG BLUE BUS!
Thursday, the Big Blue Bus was blessed to have 11 visits. Of these women, 4 had a negative test, 4 have new pregnancies and 3 had a follow up visit. At this point, one of these women is still considering abortion. The other 6 pregnant moms are planning to parent. Please keep these women in your prayers!
